BUSINESS CONFIDENCE COACHING

From concept to website, from logo to your own services offered. If you are serious about starting an impact information business as a solopreneur, this six-month package (2-hour sessions weekly plus unlimited voice texting via Voxer or Whatsapp) will support you. Invest in a sound foundation to create long-lasting business impact. Your investment will be covered if you apply the Intuitive Business System™ and principles learned in this coaching partnership. Your work and commitment will ensure your business development and growth.

After I’ve worked with a client to get confident and calm, often they become clear about pursuing a business opportunity they had previously denied for lack of clarity and confidence. I have worked with many people to develop concepts, voice, messaging, a website, branding, social media strategy and to develop products, services, or program offerings. I use my business contacts and resources and am always happy to support women starting or growing businesses. I use my Confident-Life Tools™ to get you Confident in business. We use shared documents and spreadsheets on the Google platform for you to access information in real-time. COACHING EXPLORATION

If you are considering becoming a Life Coach, I work with you through your process of consideration and contemplation. In our work together, I use my own Intuition and I help you suss out your Intuition or refine it if you already know. I believe Divine Intuition is the basis of a Coach developing a successful coaching partnership. Through our work together in your exploration, I look for my own internal/intuitive ‘Yes!’ about you. You get directness and honesty from me and that’s how you can feel Confident about your professional path as a Coach. Included in this package is the business-side/structure of Coaching and an opening to creating your methodology for your successful coaching practice. At the end of our time, you will have a general plan/outline for your Coaching Practice/business.

This work takes time and commitment by both of us, a minimum of four months with at least 3 sessions/month. At the end of this Coaching Package, you will know without a doubt whether or not professional coaching is for you. Along the way, you will have personal and professional breakthroughs so that it will be your exploration that leads to the decision whether or not to become a Coach. I do not give answers, I work with you to find the answer yourself and that is what leads to your Confident progress. This is NOT a Certification Program, but rather a coaching program to let you get ready for certification. I will share resources about getting certified with you, but that is not a guaranteed outcome of this coaching package. The work is to support your growing interest/desire in becoming a coach and to help you confidently pursue the field if you determine that is of interest. BECOMING A THOUGHT LEADER

I work with people in business who have a message to share in Thought Leadership. Inspiration is sorely needed in our times and if you have a message to share, I have experience, expertise, tools, and coaching skills to help you get on track to be the Thought Leader you aspire to be.

Package 1: Transition Package, getting into the Thought Leader head-space. What is a Thought Leader? Do I have what it takes? Four 90-minute sessions over two months. $800* (5% discount for paying in full after first session).

Package 2: Business Development to Thought Leadership package, getting on-point with message, identifying market, creating branding, promotions, marketing, using proven tools. You will come out of this package with a YT Channel, thought leadership videos to upload & use for social), and (at least) a few pieces of writing as a kickstart for thought leadership messaging. EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR WOMEN SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS

Strategy Sessions for Confidence and Content for small business owners who need a safe and trusted outside ear and sounding board. One-hour sessions by telephone or zoom. THIS IS FOR WOMEN ALREADY IN BUSINESS WHO SEEK A SUPERVISION OR STRATEGY CALL, NOT FOR NEW/START-UP BUSINESSES.

Fee: $500/month.* Up to four 1-hour calls weekly. Unlimited voice texting via Voxer or Whatsapp —supervision in your pocket! No notes generated. Includes up to one additional hour/week for email exchange.

PERSONAL HEALTH PRACTICE: MINDFUL EMBODIMENT, QIGONG & TAI CHI EASY COACHING AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Have you been wanting to bring more consistent mindfulness personal health practices into your life for improved health and wellbeing? This coaching package is for you. Weekly sessions for 3 months create a practice with noticeable differences; 2 terms over 6 months create a habit with tangible change. Breathing, slow body movement, stretching, self-massage, guided or silent meditation, journaling, and breakthrough coaching will all be included in one-hour sessions. COACHING SUPERVISION

Supervision Sessions for Confidence and Content for new or new-ish coaches who need a safe and trusted outside supervisory ear and sounding board. One-hour sessions by telephone or zoom.

Fee*: $75/session. As needed per availability. 4-7 pre-scheduled sessions for $65/session. 8+ pre-scheduled sessions for $60/session. No notes generated. Double Q offered (quick calls or quick texts in between supervision sessions). Includes up to one additional hour for email exchange.

GUIDED VISUALIZATIONS

This is a unique service, my healing work, derived from my Confidence Coaching combined with my Intuition. If you have a goal in mind, but have not been able to make tracks toward it yet, I can do a Guided Visualization with you to get you finding clarity, get unstuck/moving forward with steps clearly delineated and a map to follow. I do this in person or via telephone or Zoom. In the first 15-minutes, I will ask you questions about what you want/what your goal is and I will listen. Then, we will do a Visualization Meditation to help you ‘see’ the clear picture and create a plan to get you moving toward your dreams. Up to 75 minutes.

SINGLE BREAKTHROUGH SESSION

As a direct result of my client-engagement, I now offer a high-impact single session Breakthrough call. If you are in an acute place of needing change now, you will be amazed at the outcomes of a single call. I have these conversations frequently. Using intuitive questioning and active listening and applying the exact right tool, regular client response is “How did you do that?” “I feel totally clear now.” “I know exactly what I need to do now.” “Wow.” I do these two-hour sessions via phone all the time, we always start with a breath and work together to clear your mind, and then we’re off! BOOK SHERPA COACHING

I help clients bring previously written work together to produce an anthology that can be published. I do not do the self-publishing part, but share resources with you as your next step.

In my coaching package, we work together for 4 months in weekly accountability sessions, up to two hours per session. I created a detailed outline that we work from based on my own experience creating my books and working with an independent publisher. The end result of our work is your completed manuscript that you can then take to an independent publisher you contract with separately. I’m your coach, cheerleader, reader and sometimes-editor! I added this coaching package to my services because I’m KEEN on helping people publish their worthy work (it's 'worthy' if you've received consistent positive resonance from others about it). This is not ghostwriting! I would love to help you create a book.
